Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was just lovely! The staff made our stay unforgettable with their kindness and helpfulness. The hotel’s location was perfect, within walking distance of a great selection of shops and restaurants. The room was cozy and always clean, and the breakfast was fantastic with a menu to choose from that’s cooked to order. We also enjoyed the free parking during our stay which was great to have.
That the walls were quite thin, and we could hear the noise from the other rooms. Also, our room faced the main road, so there was some traffic noise which might bother some people, although it didn’t bother us too much. this hotel is an excellent value for money and we had a wonderful Christmas stay there.

Guests can also enjoy fast and reliable WiFi.
Some of the furniture and bathroom appliances appear worn out.

Free WiFi was a real treat, making it easier for me to post my posh hotel selfies on Instagram. The video-surveilled parking also made me feel extra secure, like I was a celebrity being watched 24/7. And the on-site restaurant saved me from having to search for a place to eat. Perfect!
Oh, how I loved the challenge of finding my way to the Temska Monastery, a mere 20-minute drive away. Such an adventure, especially with no guidance from the hotel!

The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was close to the main bus station and walking distance to some nice traditional restaurants. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. Breakfast in the morning was enjoyable with a good selection of food and drinks.
The noise level from the outside traffic was quite loud, and it was difficult to sleep with the sound of cars passing by. some of the towels in the bathroom were quite old and in need of replacement.
